Do you have an offline store?
Currently we have an offline store based in Singapore.
Are the items available online also available at the offline store?
The items available online will not be available for purchase at the offline store.
There's only one product in Clothing, will you have more products soon?
All our clothings are available at offline store only. However, we will add more products online soon. Meanwhile, if you wish to purchase any item featured in new arrival videos and photo gallery, please email us with an image. We will make it available for your purchase online providing the product is in stock.
Can I purchase a blouse featured in your new arrival video and photo gallery?
You can buy it at our offline store;

If you live outside of Singapore, please email us with a captured image. We will make it available for your purchase online providing the product is in stock.
Do I have to sign up for an account to place an order?
No, you may check out as a guest. However, you are encouraged to sign up for an account as it saves you time from having to enter your details in future.
What are the benefits of signing up for an account?
If you are a registered user, you will be able to checkout faster, save frequent addresses, access order history and track your order.
I hold a VIP membership from The Style Seoul store in Singapore. Can I use my member discount online?
Member discounts are only applicable for offline use at The Style Seoul store.
What to do if there is a problem with my order?

The item I would like to purchase is out of stock! What should I do?
Click on the “Join Waiting List” button and enter your email address if you wish to be notified when the item has been restocked. We will send you an email when the item is back in stock.
Can I cancel my order?
We are sorry but once your order is placed, we are unable to modify or cancel it.
Why don't you offer free returns?
We have seriously discussed the possibility of offering free returns to our customers. If we were to offer “free returns” then we should carry the cost of this elsewhere in our business. In reality, this means that we would have to increase our prices, which we are not willing to do. We decided we would rather protect our majority of customers providing excellent quality products at genuinely great value. However, we offer free returns for damaged or defective items including shipping charges paid by customers.
