You may choose to return or exchange your product, in new and good condition, within 7 days for all orders. We only allow exchange of items if they are defective, sent wrongly, or sent in the wrong size. Sale items may not be refunded, returned nor exchanged.

To exchange and return, please contact us at explaining the reason for exchange. Once we approve your return, you can send the item to the address we provide. We will credit your account within 7 working days of receiving your return. You will be responsible for paying for the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

In the event of goods damaged during delivery or defective items, kindly provide a clear photo of the damaged/defective item within 24 hours upon receiving it.
